Your partners ability to love you should not change after having kids.

The way your body looks is not prerequisite for a happy and healthy marriage.
There’s often so much shame around our bodies after giving birth. Particularly with our partners.
I’m not sure about you but my husbands wedding vows didn’t include my body looking a certain way in order to be worthy of receiving love.
In fact our vows honored the fact we would grow old together. Acknowledging, through the lifetime of our marriage, he would see me through all my changes. This includes my body.
The way your body looks should not be a condition to how much love you receive from your partner.
You’re always worthy of love.
